Summer 2010
Our marketing plan for the summer was to focus on increasing the traffic to our website by diving into the world of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO is the way in which websites are tailored, so that they rank higher on search engines like Google. There are many free tools on the internet that can help increase traffic to your website just like it helped ours! Follow us on www.twitter.com/WelchGroup for updates and retweets concerning SEO news and free webinars that will help your website be the best it can be!

With September just around the corner, summer vacations are coming to an end and business will be back to normal. Given the turn-around in the Canadian economy, we expect the next few months to be busy for both the private and public sectors. What are you doing to prepare for the upcoming season?

We will be updating the public sector section of our website introducing our new service offering in project management. Many federal agencies receive funds for certain projects but may not have the resources to ensure that fund allocation is performed in a diligent and cost effective manner – we want to ensure that your Canadian tax dollars are being spent efficiently!

We will continue our electronic newsletters in September with an inside look into our Phase I Chairman’s View engagement from the perspective of one of our clients. Join the WelchGroup community by clicking ‘Sign up’ on the right side of this page.

Lastly, our fall off-site WelchGroup team meeting will continue the in-depth look into our Blue Ocean Strategy for this upcoming year. We will keep you posted on our next plan of action in the fall. Until then, consider your Blue Ocean Strategy for your business!
