Dragan Veljovic
President and CEO

Dragan Veljovic has over 20 years of leadership experience in the public and private sectors.

He has managed the development and implementation of large-scale enterprise management systems in a variety of industries around the world. A passionate entrepreneur, he founded Maplesoft Consulting in 1996. Under his direction the company achieved a growth of 30% annually providing professional and IT consulting services to over 30 government departments.

He is dedicated to children’s athletic development and coaches at the Barrhaven Blue Devils Basketball Club.

Richard Monk
Vice President, Private Sector

Richard Monk has over 30 years of cross-industry financial and consulting experience in both profit and not-for-profit sectors.

His public sector experience includes numerous assignments for federal and provincial government departments and agencies in areas such as management frameworks and accountability mechanisms, internal audit, costing studies and cost structure analysis, financial management, and risk management.

He is a Fellow of The Society of Management Accountants of Canada, a national designation that recognizes excellence in management accounting and civic responsibility

Marc Rouleau
Vice President, Public Sector

Marc Rouleau has provided a variety of financial and management services to public and private sector clients for over 20 years.

Throughout his career, he has managed a variety of government projects including work for the Canadian International Development Agency, the National Research Council, and Agriculture Canada.

Outside the office, Marc coaches a high school touch football team and is a former hockey coach. He is also a past Treasurer of the Big Brothers Association of Ottawa.
