Chairman’s View is a proven, standards-based methodology that lets owners of privately held companies achieve maximum value for their businesses. Through an integrated software and consulting approach, Chairman’s View identifies your strengths and weaknesses and provides an ongoing dashboard that allows you to monitor company performance (and improvement) to build an “A" company. The goal is to ensure that your company’s value is transferable and sustainable and delivers maximum return on your investment in your company.

Process

Phase I is a 7-step process that maps and analyzes your business drivers to measure your company’s ability to generate profit in its market and your asset drivers that measure your company’s ability to be sustainable and transferable.

Through this process we assess the promise you made to the marketplace, the delivery on that promise, and your ability to keep score. We prepare an Owner’s Report that quantifies and rationalizes the overall health of your business and the value of your company as an asset.  A dashboard is created to establish your company’s baseline value by rating the environment that your business operates in, as well as the environment within your business.  An Action Plan is then agreed upon.

Phase II launches the Action Plan. Projects are identified, prioritized, implemented and the progress monitored, so that the value of your company can be reassessed as needed.  WelchGroup advisors are bottom-line focused and will guide you through each milestone to ensure that everyone keeps their eye on the prize: Positive change in your company’s value.

Phase III provides you with an exit strategy in line with your personal and company objectives, whether you choose to sell or transition your business to the next generation.
